Drill Rod Collars

Drill Collars are manufactured in house by our very own Drillwell engineers. They are a bespoke design made from solid high tensile alloy steel bar with centre bore gun drilled. We can manufacture the Drill Collars with or without spanner flats. Drill Collars are used to add weight to the drill string immediately behind the bit in order to provide a straighter hole.

we can manufacture custom length and thread combinations on request. Laykeys and spanners can also be supplied to suit the flats on any of our Drill Collars or Drill Rods of which are always available from stock.
